The Rose Report began in 2000 by providing construction leads to detention equipment and security electronic integrators and their suppliers. Within two yers the client base had expanded from contractors and suppliers to architects and engineers, as well as general contractors and construction managers.

I. THE PRELIMINARY PLANNING SERVICE
The first phase of our service is geared toward the criminal justice architects by helping them to locate and pursue criminal justice prospects. The Rose Report for criminal justice designers is a preliminary prospecting service. We stay in constant contact with the majority of the State purchasing departments as well as the large county and local agencies and help in the distribution of request for qualifications and request for proposals to the criminal justice architects throughout the United States.
II. THE CONTRACTOR – SUPPLIER SERVICE
The Rose Report service for construction contractors and suppliers provides all of the information they would normally have to call the project architect and ask. We report not only the what, where and when about a project but we go a step further and give more in depth details like the type of building construction, what type of locking system will be installed and if the locking system will be installed on swinging or sliding doors, what type of security electronic controls will be involved on the project, and which manufacturers are approved to solicit prices from and which detention equipment and security electronic contractors are bidding. Our reports are delivered via email on a daily basis along with a weekly bid schedule. No special software required.
